RICHMOND, Va. — 4 individuals have been harm after a multi-vehicle crash involving seven vehicles in Richmond early Saturday morning, Crime Insider sources advised Jon Burkett.
The wreck occurred within the 2600 block of West Major Avenue close to Helen’s Restaurant within the Fan simply after 2 a.m.
Reese Vandell mentioned she was leaving a bar when she heard a commotion.
