Walkaround “Automotive Present” of my 1979 Dodge B100 “shorty” cargo van.
Bought out of California… This Dodge van was pushed house from Northern California to North Carolina on a visit that began on Christmas Day 2022. A deliberate prepare journey from Charlotte, North Carolina to Seattle, Washington to drive a ’62 Plymouth house ended up with us being stranded in Chicago when the trains to Seattle had been cancelled. Plans modified when there was no option to get to Seattle not even in a rental automobile. So, a rental automobile was secured to drive from Chicago to Williams, CA to see my van for the primary time after which drive it near 3000 miles again house to NC.
This quick video showcases this van and the assorted particulars and options of it. It is a good unique unmolested van which is difficult to seek out lately. 1979 marked the second 12 months the sliding facet door was out there for the quick wheelbase vans and the primary 12 months for the brand new longer front-end sheet metallic.
