A Red Toyota Rav4 was on the move after police say the driver didn’t yield to officers. A police chase ensued throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties in California. Officers threw out spike strips along the road. It eventually hits the tires, causing one to go flat. The chase then turned into a standoff and the driver was arrested.
