A Florida sheriff’s deputy resigned after bodycam footage confirmed the moments when he opened fireplace on a Black man who was handcuffed in a patrol automotive. In a video posted on-line, Okaloosa County Sheriff Eric Aden apologized to the sufferer, saying he was grateful he was not injured.
