A Georgia jury discovered Hannah Payne responsible on all counts within the homicide of 62-year-old Kenneth Herring after she witnessed him hit one other automobile and drive off in 2019. Prosecutors accused Payne of enjoying cop once they say she adopted Herring after he left the scene of a crash she was indirectly concerned in. They are saying Payne reduce him off and ultimately shot him. FOX 5 spoke with Herring’s household after the decision was learn.
