Deborah Galloway took video moments after police recovered her Kia Soul.
“At that time, everything was just spinning,” Galloway said. “When you are violated like that, it just makes your adrenaline going and you are not sure what to do.”
Galloway said police found her car 30 minutes after it was stolen, but the damage was done.
“The steering column is busted,” she said.
