Louisville emergency crews repelled down off the Clark Memorial Bridge on Friday to rescue the driving force of semitruck that dangling over the Ohio River. Crews carried out a high-angle rescue to repel all the way down to the extent of the cabin, get the driving force and lift her or him again as much as security. The bridge is shut down in each instructions as emergency crews are on scene.
