Let me first say, I am new to the hobby of Slot Cars. I will clear up any confusion immediately, the Slot It Ford GT40 is amazing! This review went sideways pretty quick due to my lack of knowledge when it comes to slot cars, my inability to drive a slot car and this was my first experience with a car that was not a Carrera car.
I was excited to see this car in stock from the great folks at Slot Car Corner! It quickly arrived and I quickly got frustrated because it was difficult to chip for my Carrera Digital Track. I blame myself for my lack of experience. Once chipped, I proceeded to rough up the car pretty bad. I could not drive it. I go into great detail about my struggles and frustration.
This is very much a failed review! Not in terms of the car, but the driver.
