Tens of hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators have marched by means of central London, with some chanting the contentious slogan “from the river to the ocean, Palestine should be free”.
The mantra has been interpreted as calling for the destruction of the state of Israel and is considered each offensive and threatening by many Jews.
The marchers wound their means down Regent Road in direction of Whitehall shouting the slogan, which Suella Braverman, the Dwelling Secretary, has instructed could possibly be considered a hate crime over which police might take motion whether it is seen as threatening public order.
