This is the all-new Audi RS6 Performance!
Audi has updated the oh-so popular RS6 for 2023, and Mat’s about to find out just what has changed over the previous edition.
Starting with the design, the changes over the previous generation are minor – but that’s no bad thing! Across the front, back and sides, what was previously chrome trim has now changed to Matt grey, and the Audi badge at the front has now been blackened out. The car also comes with 22-inch alloys as standard. But otherwise, that’s all that’s changed! However, should you choose to go for the carbon pack, then the matt grey trim can be swapped to carbon instead.
Step inside and it’s a similar story to the exterior design. You’ll now find alcantara on the steering wheel, as well as blue stitching across the seats and seatbelts. You’ll also find some slightly updated dials and some additional tech, such as surround view camera, but otherwise the RS6 Performance is the same as the previous generation.
However, one area that has experienced quite a big change is the car’s performance! Although it comes with the same 4-litre twin-turbo V8 as before, it’s had bigger turbos fitted to it. As a result, horsepower and torque have been increased by 30hp & 50Nm respectively, meaning the car now produced 630hp and 850Nm!
But of course, all these changes don’t come cheap. The Audi RS6 Performance starts at £20,000 more than the previous edition, meaning you’ll be paying from £113,000 to pick one up! So is it worth it? You’ll need to stick with Mat and see for yourself!
