Madeline Soto was reported lacking Monday by her mom, Jess Soto, who mentioned Maddie by no means made it to high school that day. Since Monday a number of developments have been made – together with the arrest of Jess Soto’s boyfriend, Stephan Sterns within the case. Deputies now say they consider Madeline Soto is useless after they noticed Stern on video surveillance dumping a few of her belongings in a dumpster.
