A mom was leaving the Ihop on Nw 31 and Oakland park when a white male named Phillip J. Pepe, Jr. stole the Nissan with a 3 12 months previous little one inside.
Quickly after Pepe deserted the automobile and little one artwork a fuel station in Lauderhill on Nw 19st and State Rd 7.
SVU detectives have recognized the suspect as Phillip J. Pepe Jr., 33, who was final seen carrying a white T-shirt and blue shorts. He has a tattoo on his proper arm and an abrasion underneath his left eye.
