Top Gear star Paddy McGuinness has given fans a positive health update on Freddie Flintoff following his car accident.The former cricketer-turned-presenter was hospitalised after an on-set accident last week while he was filming for the BBC in Dunsfold Park Aerodrome.In an Instagram post, McGuinness hinted at Flintoff being on the mend, writing that he will be back “before you know it”.
